   • Registration fees are non-refundable.

   • Vehicles must arrive at the designated time for setup.

   • Participants must follow all event staff instructions.
   • No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed on the premises.

1. Liability:
   
   • The event organizers are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or personal property.
   • Participants agree to hold the organizers harmless from any liability arising from participation.

1. Awards and Judging:
   
   • All decisions made by the judges are final.
   • Categories for awards will be announced on the day of the event.

1. Safety:
   
   • All vehicles must adhere to safety regulations.
   • No reckless driving or behavior is permitted.

1. Cleanliness:
   
   • Participants are responsible for keeping their area clean.
   • Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

1. Photography and Media:
   
   • By participating, you agree to be photographed and filmed.
   • Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes.

1. Cancellation:
   
   • The event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly.
